Hi! I am having a destination wedding in Aruba at the Marriott on September 25. Most of our guests are arriving on Wednesday, but we are not having any formal get togethers until Friday night. However, I'd like to pick a place to tell everyone they can meet up for drinks on Wed and/or Thurs night after everyone does their own dinners. Any recommendations for places withing walking distance of the Marriott that would be good for a pretty large group to get together for drinks. Outside and fun music are a big plus. Thanks!!

Moomba Beach Bar!

Thanks! It looks like Moomba is only open until 11pm, or is that just when they stop serving dinner? I've also heard about sopranos piano bar - is that within walking distance from the Marriott?

I think Moomba's bar is usually open later depending on the night and time of year. There are also some bars/restaurants in the new shopping centers which are an easy walk from the Marriott.

Moomba is usually open for drinks past 11.

Sopranos is fun - when they have a decent piano player.
