http://www.aruba.com/news/hotels/the-casino-at-the-radisson-under-new-management/

"December 13th, 2010

Century Casinos, Inc. which recently announced a management contract for the casino at the Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa, recently took over the lively gaming floor, which over night filled with patrons from the resort and from neighboring hotels.

The elegant 14,000 square foot facility is centrally located within the hotel and operates with approximately 250 slot machines, 15 table games, also featuring a cozy bar, showing sports all day. Century Casinos, Inc. is an international casino entertainment company that owns and operates Century Casino & Hotels in Cripple Creek and Central City, Colorado, and in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and the Century Casino in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The Company also operates casinos aboard luxury cruise vessels and, through its Austrian subsidiary, holds a 33.3% ownership interest in Casinos Poland Ltd., the owner and operator of seven full casinos in Poland. Century Casinos, Inc. continues to pursue other international projects in various stages of development, and now also calls Aruba home.

The Casino at the Radisson introduced its second large jackpot in just two days with another lucky winner, Mr. Pinkus Vaysberg, who is vacationing next door at the Occidental Grand. Vaysberg won $12.000 when he played one of the casino’s $5 slot machines."

Radisson updates

Does anyone know if there will be construction going on at the Radison during the beging to mid Feb 2010? Also, is there any hotel in that area that is for Adults only, or is Bacutti the only one? It's so far away from everything, it's a shame.

No renovations at the Radisson during high season. Renovations to the Aruba Tower will begin in April. During the construction of the Bonaire and Curacao Towers there have not been any complaints of noise or inconvenience.

The Marina tower at the Renaissance in downtown Oranjestad is also adult only.
