What nights does each resort have their little show they put on? I know for sure the Mill puts one on Wednesday nights along with an all you can eat bbq.

Amsterdam Manor has a poolside BBQ Buffet and Caribbean Dance Show every Tuesday night.

The Tamarijn and the Divi have a rotating schedule, it seems if you miss the Carnaval show on (I think it's) Monday, you can catch it either the next night or so at the Divi, and vice versa. Carnaval show, island heritage dance show, Mariachi show.... I've seen them all so many times it's almost as if I could take part in them. At any rate, they're pretty entertaining (the first few times) and culturally informative too.

You are so right, the shows at the Tam and the Divi do rotate and they are great to watch. MY DH, especially loved the girls costumes, very little on.. LOL
Each night at the Tam and Divi there was always something going on...

The performers at the Carnival show that rotate at the Divi and Tam also do the shows on Tuesdays at Amsterdam Manor and Wednesday at La Cabana.
