Looks like the gentleman who posted here awhile back about lining up some "real" nightly entertainment has launched and come through on his word.

"There are new stars appearing at night in Aruba and they're changing the landscape of the island's entertainment forever. Beginning December 26, Showtime Aruba will open its doors and lift the curtains of the Crystal Casino at the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino to welcome legendary acts like Mary Wilson of the Supremes, Lenny Clarke, Tony Orlando, the Fab Four, Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, and much, much more."

If I did not have family obligations I would be booking tickets for Mary Wilson right now. But x 10 people, it would be quite an expensive night.

That was me who posted that survey a while back. We're up and operating now and trying to get the word out about our shows. Hopefully, at some point you'll get a chance to see some of our performers. They're incredible entertainers and really wonderful people.

...and I can promise you our show will be worth every penny, otherwise you can email me and I'll buy you a Balashi next time I see you.

I'll keep an eye on the boards so that I can answer any questions in regards to our show or the Crystal Theater.

I am arriving on Saturday and want to get tickets for dec. 27th, where can I purchase them? The line up looks great! We will be back Feb. 22 until March 2nd, so hopefully, we will see another great performer!

i am guessing the man with the money (dh) will not want to spring for the extra expenditure since this is a tightly budgeted trip.

We are very excited about these new shows. We love Aruba but if there was one thing that we felt Aruba could improve on was the lack of this type of entertainment. We will give you a report after we go.

Tickets are available online at all times. It's the easiest way to purchase and will ensure that you have a seat. You can purchase tickest live by clicking on the performance you'd like to see, selecting the number of tickets, and checking out with a C/C. You'll receive an confirmation page, be emailed a confirmation receipt, and have tickets waiting for your pickup at the Crystal Theater box office.

If you need to wait till you arrive in Aruba, tickets are available by calling 583-6000, at the Crystal Theater box office (Showtime Aruba’s box office in the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino is open from 9:00 a.m-10:00 p.m. Mon.-Friday, and 8:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m Saturday), or through conceirges. We're also finalizing our setup with DePalm, so you'll soon be able to purchase tickets there as well.

We're always working on our next schedule so more dates will go up as soon as they can be confirmed.
