only been to CHARLIE'S once and thought it was just ok, nothing special.We met the owner then, (he is now deceased) and found him to be a real cool guy and he was able to give us a huge history lesson of Charlies bar and the surrounding area.if you are in the area, it is probably worth a stop in.good burgers and cold beer!Andrea

We always make a point of stoppng at Charlie's to get the jumbo shrimp and honeymoon sauce...YUM !!!

Maybe you and I staggered into each other a couple of times . My local is Java where Kenny slings booze better than Wyatt Earp slung a Colt single action. Of course there are others, some of which showed up in my book under a nom de guerre.![]() 44 |
