Things to do around Divi Village

Im looking for suggestions on nice places to go in the evening to have a drink or two and people watch or maybe a place with dancing. I don't dance but enjoy people watching so does anyone have suggestions within walking distance of Divi Village?

I don't really drink or party much so something not so crazy would probably be best (although 1 or 2 nights i plan to go somewhere a little more crazy).

a good people watching place would be at the alhambra casino marketplace.
lots of little shops, dunkin donuts, ice cream etc there... great for people watching.
is there a wine bar there?

there is a pretty cool beach bar across the street from divi village.
it is upstairs over the activities ctr at tamarijn.
the place is busy at happy hour. i dont know what time they close in the evening.

head over across the street to the tamarijn and people watch there.
there is evening entertainment poolside a few evenings per week.
(even though you are not staying there, there is no harm for you being there to sight see)
we regularly walk around the tamarijn after playing at the alhambra......and we stay at the lacabana or renaissance. often we have a seat at their pool, after 9 or 10 pm and just people watch.

you can go over there....you can even purchase their all inclusive program, but if you do not purchase the all inclusive, you can still go by and visit...just not eat or drink.

Anyone can purchase tickets for use towards food and beverages at the Divi and Tamarijn. I meant to ask this week, but never had the time. Remembering from the past it was not inexpensive.

While not technically around the Divi, one of my favorite evening activities on the island is the kukoo Kunuku buss tour. It's a bar crawl and loads of fun. Even if you only have a few drinks here and there, it's fun to watch the others... They will pick you up at your hotel and drop you off...

Just ourside the Tamarjin and the Divi there are bus stops its only a couple of dollars, up to the shopping plaza, And bars , resturants ect,lots of people watching there,The buses are quite regular also there are the local little mini buses ,same prices.for both you dont have to have a taxi,it only takes less then 10 mins..

They also have golf carts that take you around that area. There is a nice piano bar by Alhambra casino called Fusion, I didn't have a chance to go there. The Tortuga Bar inside Aruba Beach Club has Karoke on Tuesday I think, happy hour is 9-10.

Short walk to Mathews at the Casa Del Mar, they have many happy hours and evening entertainment. Great location on the water, food and drinks are very good. Access road right up by Alhambra.
