without a doubt, hanging out with other teens, go to gustos, confessions and senor frogs.
all in the same plaza, my youngest son is 19, and if he goes there then believe me thats where the action is.. my children are very familiar with the island's hot spots, after many years.

    Moomba
Next to the holiday inn and close to the Marriott
Good mix of locals and sun worshippers.
Beers are cold and the music mix is great

Remember to drink and act somewhat responsibly. You won't find the spring break, college, beer guzzling attitude on the island even though Most enjoy a good time.

Senor frogs has some binge drinkers - when I was there a couple years ago they were having a beer drinking contest. I almost won - excpet my partner (my wife) slowed me down!

It was actually the first week the new location opened back in '10. I never liked the old location much... the new location is a lot more open and friendly feeling.

Senor Frogs in Cancun... now I saw some wild stuff there way back in my college days.

my kids and their cousins disliked the kukoo bus, in fact after couple stops they called a cab and returned to the hotel, said it was boring.
for college age no question hands down, across from the radisson is the happening place.
also moomba beach on sunday night's.

You would probably like Jolly Pirates...snorkeling, dancing, a rope swing, and open bar. The crew makes it more fun, they are flirty and funny. I would also recommend Kukoo Kanuku...great night and our trip was younger. You can look on their facebook page for pictures.
Not sure when, but we will be back

Definitely do Senor Frogs! It's a lot of fun, there is dancing, good music, drinks, etc. This is going to be my 18th trip to Aruba(which makes me 18) and I have to say Senor Frogs is one of the best! Also try South Beach Bar and Lounge, and Confessions, those are good for going out on the weekends. Moomba beach is great for during the week, because all of the locals are there.
    Hope this helps!
Also definitely do the booze cruise(sunset cruise), it's really fun
