What do you like to do in the evening?

If you could choose some type of nightly entertainment to have available to you, at a fair price..what would you choose ?

Paul and I often talk about other things to do.....the casino is our usual and only nighttime activity.

We are not big drinkers, and don't go to bars or clubs.

I think the last show that we went to in Aruba (other than the movies) was the drag queen show at the royal casino.

What kind of evening entertainment do you participate in while in Aruba?

Actually, we are pretty tired from being on the beach all day...maybe dinner and the hour at the casino is about all we can handle

LOL, we too are done by 9:00 pm- ish. We usually head back to our room, pull out the iPad, post here and catch up on our world.

When staying at Surf; evenings we walk Harencia Mall, watch the water show, have a drink at a bar, ice cream or gelato on the strip. We aren't really casino fans, smoke really bothers us.

When staying at the Renn; sit at Blue Bar or around adult pool there and watch the world go by, sit at Cafe Plaza and listen to a band or singer, crystal Casino once per trip

we are kinda boring I guess🌴

Maybe so, hon, but I'm up before 6:00, we're at the gym at 7:00 and on the beach by 9:00.

    First drink? 10:00 AM.

We tend to head back to the room and sit out on the balcony. I like to pick up a bunch of the Aruba magazines that have tips on dining and shopping and flip through those. Once in awhile we'll go back to the buffet and grab a dessert and coffee and listen to the music.

Really predictable with us. Usually a drink for happy hour as we leave the beach. Then dinner at 7:30 or 8 with a walk or light duty shopping afterward. Might sit for a nightcap and listen to whoever is playing at the Hyatt or Radisson. Then get DW to our room by 10-10:30 and tuck her in..... then I'm off to the casino for a few (or more) hours..... back up at 8 and on the beach by 9 to do it all over again!

I usually go for my morning walk from 7am to 8am, breakfast in room and relax reading the local paper on the balcony. At the beach at 10am where I have my 4 drinks (rum & juice in a water bottle) room at 2pm for lunch, dinner at 730pm, casino at 900pm back in room by 10pm. If I skip the casino I'm also in the room by 9pm. I would like to try that Kanuko bus one of these days. I did it once in Margarita Island Venezuela and it included a stop at a beach bar for an hour party. It was a lot of fun!

Since we stay at the Surf, after a last happy hour drink at the pool bar and sunset, we'll get cleaned up and usually go out for a bite to eat. Afterwards, we like to walk around Palm Beach, maybe hit a casino or two to make a deposit, window shop and wind up at MooMba for a nightcap. We are almost always back in the room by 10-10:30. All of that beach time and pool time is exhausting, so we get up early to enjoy but rarely stay out late. Since we have mimosas or bloody Mary's or vodka lemonades with breakfast most mornings, that pretty much leads to an afternoon nap and a fairly early evening.

In the nights, I like to go to sopranos piano bar listen to the live music, specially when my friend Jen Porter is playing!! Tip for this April, she is there!!!
Also I like to go to the Casino but not that many because I am not a big winner just the granny machines haha!
And just go barhopping and go dancing Moomba, Paseo, Rembrandt, 080, bugaloe, and some more I can't remember the name of now.

We like an early dinner. So we start with dinner then back to the beach for sunset. We like live music so we tend to migrate towards the Hard Rock, Sopranos, and some evenings Bugaloe. That's one thing we like in Aruba you can find bands playing popular music around 7pm. Our only late nights have usually been at Sopranos. On our way back to the room we tend to stop by casinos. Our last trip we were back in the room by 9 most nights and never felt like we were missing anything. There is definitely a later night scene for those who seek it out, but it's just not for us. We are day drinkers!
Not sure when, but we will be back
