I play penny slots long enough to get a few free drinks, then I move on while retaining the advantage over the house.

I always play penny slots, but I bet the max. Never had that much interest in gambling until I discovered the 3D and interactive machines. Fortunately, I'm also pretty disciplined. The budget is decided before hand, once the money is gone that's it. In Aruba I don't spend too much time in the casino because they really do tend to get too smokey. In Vegas that's a different story.

I'm looking forward to checking out the Ritz, as well as, the Glitz casinos. We may even check out the Marriott Stellaris casino. If we like the casino, then we'll try a stay at one of those resorts, the next trip. I like the idea of trying different resorts because it feels like it's a whole new vacation.

Is that because you win so much, or because you are very disciplined?

I don't like the casinos in Aruba because of the smoke. I live 45 minutes away from Atlantic City and have no real desire to go(accept for outlet shopping)-maybe it was the time spent in casinos when they first opened(when I was in my mid/late teens). I miss the old slots where you can pull down the handle and have your quarters make that clinking sound when they come out as winnings.

The Casino is now open to the public. Slot hours are Noon-3:00 a.m. Not sure when table games open.
