1st trip to aruba this month. beach bar suggestions please!

our favorite meals always seem to be burgers, grouper sandwiches, or along that line, when it is on or near the beach. looking for good, inexpensive lunches and dinners. can you comment on these or offer more suggestions? hadicurari, smokey joe's, pata pata bar, moomba beach, queen's bar, bugaloe, salt and pepper, bingo's, hollywood smokehouse, amuse bistro, wacky wahoos, pega pega, tulip, pelican's nest, sunset beach, pure beach and burgers & burgers. thank you!

Many place mentioned are not directly ON the beach ...and a lot are more restaurant than bar...

Off the top of my head the ones best suited for what you are looking for- beach, bar and food:

on the beach, but much more of a restaurant and not really a "bar"

grouper sandwich and a beer sound delicious

as lisa mentioned Bugaloe and Pelicans nest.

another at aruba beach club in the low rise is Tortuga beach restaurant.
it is an open air place with great sandwiches and plentiful ice cold beer.
it is at aruba beach club in the lo rise section. those would be my top choices for lunch on the beach!!

I forgot also, Matthews at Casa del Mar. Sort of middle of the road dining. Definitely would you are looking for in a lunch spot.

The Terrace at the Westin has good food, drinks and views. Pelicans nest has become one of our favorites for grouper sandwiches at lunch and Grilled grouper or Mahi Mahi in the evening. The grilled dinner comes with rice, grilled veggies and a role for $21(last September). You can sit on the end of the dock and watch the sunset and feed the fish your role. We will be there a couple of times in the next 14 days.

When we stay on Palm Beach, we like the fish tacos at the Pavillion at the Ocean Club.

The grouper at Pelican's Pier near Holiday Inn and Playa Linda was really good.
