we ate there in december, too. the owner was very nice, spoke to him for a pretty long time. the burgers were great and so were the fries. i usually don't like double burgers, too much meat, but these were really good.

I agree Chadd, not even close to as good as In N Out Burger

Looks like a nice option for a quick lunch whenever we are close to the hotel...

All the best from Brazil

Dushi Bagels and Burgers is another good option in the high rise area.

No "Five Guys" on Aruba

There is no "Five Guys" on the island. "Five Burgers" is a play on words to infringe on the trademark of the well-known American burger chain. Don't be fooled. The burgers go for ten bucks and doesn't include fries or drink. You could easily spend close to $20. per person. A hefty price for a take out joint. Unlikely he will last due to the poor location and high prices. The evening we visited the staff was outside sitting at the picnic tables. The owner was not present. Noticed several potential customers go in, look at the prices and leave while we were eating. Stealing the name of an American company is risky for this owner. He will likely get a "cease and desist" order but probably knows they won't take it to court outside of the USA.
