What can I say? Our second visit to Carte Blanche and it's definitely becoming a staple for us. Carte Blanche is, hands down, one of the best restaurants on the island.

Incredible food, fantastic wine list (they had a bottle of one of our favourite wines, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, which put this meal over the top), wonderful atmosphere and last, but certainly not least, Glen and Dennis who are always fun, entertaining, gracious and definitely attuned to what makes a good meal great.

For anyone who hasn't been to CB, it's like a dinner party with strangers... you all sit in a semi-circle around the kitchen while Dennis cooks and Glen keeps the dinner (and drinks!) moving. You chat in between courses with the people around you. It's wonderful and the food has always been top notch.

Dessert was wonderful and a guaranteed face plant (as always) even after a few hours of leisurely eating. Again, a superb, memorable meal... We'll definitely be back!
