Amadeus

Mrs. 44, some friends, and I enjoyed a very nice meal at Amadeus the other night. I have to say, this place is earning a good reputation for quality and value. We started with two shrimp appetizers and two orders of the escargot. The snails come in a savory mushroom sauce as opposed to simply butter and toast. Not my thing, but Mrs. 44 enjoyed them very much. Then there was a veal chop, a chicken schnitzel, a couple of wiener schnitzels. Everything cooked right and tasty. Dessert was a strawberries and ice cream and an order of mini cream puffs. A great finish!

Service is attentive and friendly. The bar is also well-stocked and welcoming. Last but not least, the prices are very fair. This was my third trip to Amadeus and I'll be back again. Photos and more can be found at:

Take a ride to Paradera and enjoy this place.

AndreaJ,

I can see why this place is getting to be a favorite. It is a good value. The prices are slightly lower than some other old-standby-s. The portions are also just right, not huge, not small. And the staff PAYS ATTENTION!

I'll be back.

Been there a few times now and it's one of our favorites as well! (And it's walkable to Capri for a few drinks after dinner! )

Amadeus is one of our faves as well - the food reminds me a bit of Cafe Rembrandt (in the same plaza as Hard Rock) in the high rise area. Definitely good value, fair portions, and nice quality. The secret is definitely out! :-) Michael
