We ate at the Amazing restaurant in San Nicholas this past Saturday night, 4/2/11. The name of the restaurant says it all. The food was perfect. The service was absolutely wonderful.
It is a very classy first rate restaurant. They are open 11:30 am-2:00 pm for lunch. 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm for dinner. They also have an unbelievable Sunday brunch. It is worth the trip to San Nicholas to enjoy this restaurant.

Is AMAZING in the former location as the original PROMENADE?

I'm almost 100% sure it used to be the Promenade restaurant. Its right after the Valero gas station at the small fork in the road.

Andrea yes it is and the owner is Thomas from Amadeus.

thomas is a nice guy, i bet amazing is as good as amadeus.

I've always had good meals at Amazing, although I haven't been there since the change in ownership. I hope Mirna is there. She is my favorite waitress on the island.
