Thumbs up Amuse Bistro - Two Forks Up!

For those who appreciate exquisite flavors, prepared with the freshest local ingredients, served with a casual yet refined flare, be sure to make at least one dinner stop to Amuse Bistro during your visit in paradise. Owners, chef Patrick and his wife Ivette, have quickly become the "go to" dinner spot in the Palm Beach area. In merely 3 months since opening, they have shot up to the #2 position on the Tripadvisor restaurant ratings for Aruba.

We had dinner there last Tuesday and it was simply fabulous! I had the smoked duck and then the linguine with truffle oil - my wife had the calamari and also the linguine with truffle oil . . . delicious. The portion sizes are what I would call "satisfying" size - I was fine with 2 dishes - those with a hungrier appetite could order a larger size of any dish for an additional cost . . . or explore a third dish on their delectable menu.

Amuse Bistro is located in front of Playa Linda resort on Palm Beach - their phone number to make a reservation is 592-5374. Enjoy!

Michael

This looks like a really interesting restaurant and walkable if you're in the Palm beach area. Is this in place of Le Petite Cafe (the cook on stone restaurant)?
