unsure if liz will get online to post a trip report.
she just arrived on aua today at 1:45.

you may have to wait a few days for her to get all caught up on aruba time.

I've attempted to resolve that issue by operating on Aruba time, all of the time.

Dinner at Anna Maria was very good. For appetizers Charlie had the fried calamari ($11) and I the pumpkin soup ($11). DH said the calamari sauce was excellent. Anna Maria makes it daily. My soup was plentiful but didn't taste like pumpkin to me but it was very good. We both has pasta as entrees. I had the spaghetti with bolognese (meat) sauce ($23) and dh linguini with pesto sauce ($17.50). I drank water and dh had 2 glasses of Ruffino Chianti ($14 each). Bill was $90.50 plus $20 tip. Total $110.50.

The setting in Chris and Anna Maria's back yard was set-up very pretty. Anna Maria had a day off to pamper herself. Chris did all the cooking. David their neighbor was our waiter. We really enjoyed talking to him and Chris.

Because the menu is always changing, Chris the owner prefers that I do not post his menu.

    Anna Maria

We ate at Anna Maria tonight. Very good food and excellant service. It's a little hard to find but certainly worth the try. It's like eating at home. Christian came out an wanted to know if we had any concerns. I've never been at a restaurant that asked for constuctive criticism. Put this place on your list.
