10th Anniversary Dinner

Yes, go for the Hyatt. They have a new area on the beach that has a few tables surrounded by torches. My husband and I walked by that location on our last trip, but we already had dinner. It looks very romantic to us and certainly will be having dinner there when we return to Aruba in two weeks. We previously had dinner at the flying fishbone and found that area to be a very a very expensive round trip taxi ride, plus the tables are very close together.

Cool Tranquilo may be another option

Tranquilo offers a dinner sail for two that you may want to also look into (from their website):

Wednesdays & Saturdays
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Private Sail for 2 -Sail along Aruba's calm South West coast to beautiful Catalina bay. Once anchored champagne is served and dinner prepared fresh out of the galley with tempting aroma's. Dine as the sun sets and after dessert enjoy a nice moon light sail under the stars to end another perfect day in Aruba.

Menu options include choice of Lobster, Shrimp, Argentine Steaks, USDA T-bone or Fresh seafood Aruban style caught the same day ...

(contact us for more information on menu)

Graham's post reminded me of The Oyster - Romantic Dinner Sail on the Morning Star. ~Amy~® highly recommends it from personal experience.

Sailing - great idea! Thanks. How to decide...land or sea? Both sound awesome.
