And Another Restaurant opened

Another restaurant opened last night by the former chef of Flying Fishbone. It's at the former location of Cruseatians (sp) & Steak at La Quinta - SCREAMING EAGLE. I wonder where they came up with that name.

This adds to many new restaurants that opened in the last year including: Daniel's Steak & Chop (3 nights ago), Windows on Aruba (April 14), Gianni's (Jan. 12), Chefs Tables (Sept), Wacky Wahoo, Hadicurari at Fisherman's Pier), Kildare's Irish Pub (is it reopened yet?) plus the restaurants that are going to open at the new Paseo Herenda Mall across from the Holiday Inn/Playa Linda.

Looks like an interesting place-very contemporary. Can't wait to hear reviews about it.

I understand the name... as much as I understand their other restaurant's "Flying Fishbone." Yes, the "Eagle" is the brother to the "Fishbone" so... I expect it to be as great as their first venture. Taking a look soon... Will share info.

Gianni's is right across from the Radisson. On the corner of Palm Beach Rd. - across from Soprano's Piano Bar.

I thought that's where it was. Great! We can walk there because we stay at the Radisson.

Giannis is good as well as solemare and azzurro`s (same owner) still my favorite is myself (tasca la cascada) and second papaiamento restaurant.
Soem restaurant are pretty expensive because of different reasons (one everything is imported in aruba and second rent is waaaay to high in the hotel area) but still some of them exagerate proces i think.
