Thumbs up Aquarius Dinner Buffet

My husband and I make sure to eat at the Aquarius each time we visit Aruba. They have a tremendous variety of special delights such as shrimp, ceviche, and sushi in addition to about fifty different selections on their salad bar. They have a hot buffet with items such as lamb chops, sweet potatoes, steamed veggies, baked potatoes, etc. Then proceed to the chef's station where he will prepare your main entree to order. This includes Ocean scallops, Jumbo Shrimp, Crab Legs, Wahoo, Grouper, AND LOBSTER TAILS! Eat as much as you like. If you are strictly a carnivore the chef serves up Prime Rib!
Next, proceed to the dessert station for triple chocolate fudge cake, creme brulee, key lime pie, etc.

A feast for sure. Enjoy!
Your culinary friend,
Susan

I want to do the Seafood Buffet, but my GF is a vegetarian, and doesn't want to have me pay Full price for her, since she is only going to eat salads, pastas, etc.

Do they have an option to only pasta and salad bars? I so want to eat some good, fresh seafood. Especially fish i haven never tried.

Just came back from Aruba I tried the seafood buffet, it was good! I am not sure if you can do a la carte for one person and another one for buffet. It's not a big buffet that we used to see in the US though. Their seafood bar has shrimp, scallop, lobster tail, crab legs, and fishes. There is one person who will do the grill for you. Other than seafood, they have some sushi (not as great), salads, and meat selections. It's worth the price if you eat 2+ dishes of seafood hehe!

Aquarius

Their seafood buffet is outstanding. If someone from your party is a vegetarian or on a special diet, they can order off their extensive menu or ask the waiter or waitress if you can talk to the chef and sure the chef will be able to put together an entree that your vegetarian from your party will enjoy.
