Aruba best kept secret!

We had dinner tonight at a beautiful place called Mirandi's. The food was great! The setting is wonderful, we had a very nice sunset. It is a must try and see. It's a little bit more of a drive, but a lot closer than Flying Fishbone.

Thumbs up

I have had dinner there 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. It is a little out of the way but well worth the trip. Setting was terrific and the food and service was just great. . . . . I highly recomend going for dinner at sunset. . . .

If you guys want something alittle closer to you, try Barefoot Bar and Grill. Luke is the owner and he use to manage Mirandis. Now he owns Barefoot and its on the water and you can even sit on the sand beach if you like. Its beside the traffic circle before you get to the airport right down town. Its right across the road from Talk of the Town right on the water. The Carribean grouper is to die for. Its grouper with cream cheese and mango sauce. Its on the top of my list for dining!!!! Kent

Barefoots

Barefoot's is located on the former Mirandi's property.

We've eaten at Mirandi's several times but more than three years ago. From reading it seems they have moved and not directly on beach. They used to be close to downtown. We will be there for our anniversary this year on NYE so I'm trying to decide where to make reservations.

It is now located out by General Aviation, turn right at GA and follow the signs. FYI you can't leave the exact way you go in. Ask and they will give you directions!

for those that are unfamiliar with General Aviation.
Genera Aviation is the street after the airport.
coming from O'staad..go past the airport's main entrance and then take the next right and the sign does say "general aviation"
