Mama's food truck(4 times for lunch by beach, near Swiss CHalet)

Special note that the Caribbean Lobster in Pinchos was awesome, it was grilled not broiled and tasted really good.

Great restaurant selections, a few of our favorites are in that list. It also looks like you had a good selection of different seafood. As for Mama's food truck, can you give some idea of what's on the menu?

I'm glad you tried the Caribbean lobster, and that you enjoyed it. I absolutely love Maine lobster (DH even lobstered for awhile) but I enjoy the Caribbean lobster when we are in Aruba. It's just different.

Mama's food truck selection varies everyday for specials. Generally they always have chicken, pork and steak grilled fresh in front of you. Fridays are seafood(many types, ask if you have patience). Usually crowded and long lines.

I loved the Pinchos lobster which was grilled, did not like Passions Lobster which was broiled and fluffed open with lots of Paprika.
