Aruba grouper or wahoo or snapper fans :)

Have any of you bought and cooked grouper or snapper or wahoo while visiting Aruba?

We have bought it at Lings (delicious) and the fish place in the same complex as Super Food (only ok, might have been our cooking) and cooked it both times on the grill wrapped in a foil tent with a bit of butter and Emeril fish seasoning.

Lings has grouper that is in a green marinade. It does not look all that appetizing but when cooked it is delicious.

I need to work on my fish cooking skills! I'm a wiz with steaks and burgers. Would love to learn how to properly cook fish!

You know, we've thought about buying and preparing our own grouper. It looks so good and fresh in the market, but there is no way in the world I'd be able to prepare it as well as Pelican Nest or Barney's. So this is one of those things best left to the professionals. On the other hand, we make some awesome cocktails.

I agree with Pelicans Nest but don't know where Barneys is. I don't think you can buy and grill the grouper any cheaper than what it costs at PN. It was $21 last may with rice and grilled veggies.

In certain situations the number of cocktails consumed has been known to drastically improve taste of the meal you prepare.
