August vacation closings?

I think that I remember certain restaurants being closed for vacation in August including El Gaucho and Chalet Suisse. Searched and couldn't find a current list of vacation closings here (although I did find one with days closed; thanks!) or elsewhere and wondered, other than by contacting the restaurant, where a list may be available and/or if anyone has this info handy to share.

if so, contact them and ask if there will be vacation closures.
