Being the amateur restaurant critic and foodie that I am, I have not yet been to Papiamento. I've heard from a number of people that it is very expensive. Now, that part doesn't bother me, as I once paid $20 for a thimble full of soup in Taormino Sicily. (That was back in my wild and crazy days). The part that concerns me is people have told me that they leave Papiamento still hungry. I don't mind paying for an expensive meal as long as the quality is good, and the quantity is sufficient. I will eventually make my way to Papiamento because....well because I won't be happy til I've dined at all the fine dining establishments in Aruba!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be sure to call ahead and request a table poolside. Trust me, you will not leave hungry or unhappy!
