    The Banana Fritters at Que Pasa are our favorite, and the Banana Tarte at Yemanja is also very good.

    I had a german chocolate cake that was the best cake I ever had at a restaurant at El Gaucho's
    The key lime cheesecake at Smokey Joes was very good too

    Oh I forgpt to mention we had a really good dessert at Champions Bar-Marriott I cant remember what we had but it was huge and yummy. We were there watching the Red Wings Playoff game.

    I love dessert but never have enough room for it, I would love the idea of getting something for later and eating it on the patio at the hotel later listening to the waves! Thanks for that idea!

    Omg, sorry this post is more nostalgic than helpful, but Chez Matilde( sadly closed ) had a chocolate soufflé that was to die for!!!! It took 45 minutes to cook so it needed to be ordered with your dinner.

    I'm gonna open another thread about this

    taste belguim

    I just go for coffee and cakes at the taste of belguim, in the afternoons lovely cheescake so I have my desserts in the afternoon!! You also get a nice biscuit/cake free with the coffee..

    Without a doubt the banana fritters at Que Pasa are to die for! My absolute favorite!
