What is the one thing that I should eat before I leave Aruba? What and where is it served. thanks!

Argentine steak as you can't get it in the States. You will get a million answers on who has the best. My choice is the Gaucho steak from El Gaucho. You will also get great steak from, Pago Pago at the Wyndham, Sunset Grill at the Radisson, Sunset Bistro at the Phoenix, LG Smith Chophouse downtown at the Renaissance and the list goes on. Personally, I would avoid the French Steakhouse at Manchebo. Always has terrible food and service the 3 times I have given it a try.

If you want the best steak you've ever had try El Gaucho's.
There's the Sunset Bistro and the Mirandi.
At the Phoenix there's beautufully lit palm trees. I know I go 3 times a year!!
