    Reasonably sure the Argentine beef is labeled and the rest would be USDA..... worth an email to check it out.

    here goes.... is it a food safety issue usda vs argentine?

    Neither poses a health hazard as long as handled properly. The Argentine beef has a different flavor... probably because of feeding/grazing and fewer injections.... American beef is fattened up on corn, generally injected with growth hormones and grows to maturity quicker.

    Sad how we've been raised on "food" with less & less quality and that is what we like because we have become accustomed to it!

    I am really spoil with steaks and other meats... Son works in the meat dept. and the guys there really treat us well.
    But I do want to try a nice rib eye grilled med. rare in Aruba....with fixings of course.
