I saw that the Wyndham has changed over to a Westin and it looks like an all-inclusive now. Can people from the outside still go to Blossoms and is the quality still the same? It is my daughter's favorite restaurant on the island and she is turning 14 while we are in Aruba this year and we wanted to go.

YES! Although Blossoms is inside the resort, I do believe the Westin has NO real influence on the running of the restaurant and staff decisions. We were there Mother's Day and it is still "too good" - had sushi and Chinese food.
While taking photos for friends' daughter's eight birthday recently, I witnessed the Tepanyaki show and it was still super. The kids had great fun, I know your daughter will too. Happy 14th girl!

P.S. People from outside can visit any of the restaurants in the Westin or any resort on Aruba. Some "restrictions" only with some all-inclussive, although I heard they do accommodate since they have learned that after all this is Aruba and "hotel" restaurants are much visited by everyone, not only their own guests.

Last I knew, Blossoms was never owned by the management of the hotel, but an outside firm. With that said, they are usually rated in the top ten here.
