where is the bar in boca prins?

Not to be trite, but it is near Boca Prins. With that being said, it is about the only building on that portion of the eastern coastline in Arikok National Park. Boca Prins is the next to last landmark on that portion of the coastal trail heading from the south to north with the last landmark being Dos Playa.

If you follow the signs in Arikok to Boca Prins, you really can't miss it. It's the only thing in the area except the caves. Here's a photo of the 'souvenir shop' behind the bar
