    Breakfast!

Where's the best place to go for a wide variety of choices for breakfast? Perhaps a place that has a make your own omelette station?

    Thanks!

I stay in the low rise area but I drive up to La Vista at Marriott Resort at least 2x's every trip for breakfast. Their buffet is pricey but it has everything you would want including an omelet station.

Liz is it as extravagant at the brunch at the Hyatt??? When we used to stay at the renaissance there was a breakfast buffet upstairs but he casino that was great! Now we pretty much stick with Linda's.

The breakfast buffet at La Vista is awesome. There are a ton of different options, omelet station, and just about anything else you can imagine. I haven't been to the one at the Hyatt, but in my opinion La Vista is one of the best buffets on the island and not just for breakfast.

we rarely do brunch when in aruba.
while we were there in May we wandered into the restaurant poolside at Renaissance Ocean Suites, and they had a wonderful breakfast/brunch buffet.
loved their omelet station and their choices of meat and shrimp were good.
    the mimosas were included.
i think the price was around $18 or $20 pp
i cannot remember what day of the week this was, nor do i know if it is offered daily.

The Hyatt is very extravagant and expensive! We do usually go once per visit. Mimosas included and it is usually the only meal we eat that day. Amazing variety of foods. The Promenade had a great tapas style brunch a few years back (not sure if they still do it). It was reasonably priced and you ordered 3 or 4 items at a time. Very nice.

We ate breakfast at Matthews 2 days ago. They have a good variety of food. I had the american breakfast. Came with 2 eggs any way, bacon, sausage and toast. Linda had the caribbean breakfast with 2 eggs, bacon, fruit and bagel. Grandson had an omelet. They have pancakes and waffles as well.
