    Breakfast

Hello Aruba people. After 16 years of consecutive happy Aruba trips I missed last year (missed it and missed it). I am really looking forward to this years trip in mid August.
One of my problems in Aruba has always been breakfast. While on vacation I do enjoy a hearty breakfast, I stay at the Costa Linda and find little to chose form there. Any suggestions?(sorry if this has already been asked, I scanned 3 or 4 pages and didn't find anything)

You have Ricardo's at Aruba Beach Club & Mathews at Casa del Mar - both great choices for a nice breakfast

Congrats on going back after a missed year!

Thanks, Mathews is actually my stand-by. I used to enjoy the buffet at the Marriot when they first opened but was a bit disappointed the last few times I went. It's very pricy and has declined in value in my opinion. But, I haven't been there in 2 years!

I am also looking for someplace decent to try Dutch pancakes. My friend never had them and I'd like to get her to try them.

My favorites are Matthew's, Salt & Pepper and through pricey I still like the Marriott buffet a couple of times during my stay. Delifrance had been on my list for years, but sadly had closed. For Dutch Pancakes try The Dutch Pancake House at Renaissance Seaport, Diana's at the Windmill and Linda's Pancakes & Pizza in the Palm Beach area of Noord.

i recommend Lindas on Palm Beach rd for Dutch pancakes or the Dutch Panckake place at the Seaport Marketplace for Dutch pancakes.

Also too...Ricardos for a regular breakfast...eggs, bacon etc

For Eagle Beach, Mango's at Amsterdam Manor has a pretty decent breakfast buffet with an omelette station to order.

Islander Grill at LaCabana has a nice Sunday breakfast buffet with Omelette station. Ruins del Mar at the Hyatt has an amazing over the top brunch buffet on Sunday as well.

We always eat breakfast at least once at Matthews. We also like Deli France.
