    Breakfasts in Aruba

I've tried doing some searching, but not having a lot of luck. Lunches and dinners seem like I'll have endless options.
Usually on vacation, my wife will typically wake before I and get a latte and read on the beach until I wake up. Then we'll have a decent breakfast and probably not eat again until dinner time unless we happen across something that smells extraordinary.
We'll be staying at Amsterdam Manor in December. Can anyone give me some suggestions that might be within a couple mile walk or a quick bus ride? Probably not a buffet however. Thanks in advance.

next door to amsterdam manor is lacabana which has the "island grill" and their weekday breakfasts are good. (imo their weekend buffets are not wonderful and overpriced we are not enthused over most buffets)

down the road a bit (and behind the alhambra casino area) at the aruba beach club is "tortuga", a lovely on the beach open air restaurant. terrific breakfasts.

at costa linda is a great little breakfast cafe. i forget the name of it, but we have always enjoyed stopping in there for breakfast.

if i remember correctly amsterdam manor has a pretty nice breakfast at "mangos." or is mangos now a different name?

Amsterdam Manor has a nice breakfast with a made to order egg/omelet station at Mango's.

Walkable - Carambola and Tulip (although Tulip offers a more European type breakfast.)

You can take the bus to the high rise hotel area - there you will find good breakfasts at Salt & Pepper and Cafe Rembrandt.

We stay at Amsterdam Manor and rarely go out for breakfast since all of their rooms have kitchens. We go to the grocery store and buy fruit, bread, eggs, etc. and have breakfast on our balcony in the morning - along with a mimosa or two.

Stayed at the Paradise Beach Villas last week. Very quiet Their Tika Bar Restaurant had an American breakfast, two eggs, ham or bacon, home fries and fruit on the plate for seven bucks. It's next to La Cabana. Was very good.

I had the bacon and Gouda pancake there last weekend. I agree Jeff, it's the best.
