Last year a small storm pushed enough water through the channel at the Savaneta reef to do major damage to the Brisas del Mar restaurant. Now the restaurant is being demolished to make way for several luxury villas. They're a little out of place in Savaneta, but on the water, people are willing to build as much as they can.

Sad to see that area is now going to be hit by tourism that much. Next will be more condos and commercial sites.
