    Brunch at the Hyatt

Hi - a friend told me brunch at the Hyatt is a must - any comments? Is there more than one restaurant at the Hyatt?

We haven't been to the brunch in years but it was very very good. Make reservations.

I enjoy the Hyatt Sunday Brunch and will be there this coming weekend. It is not "a must" but in my humble opinion a worthwhile stop on the food train.

Here is a video, that is now a year or so old, but will give you an idea of how the Hyatt serves up brunch:

    Enjoy and bon dia.

Sunday Brunch at the Hyatt is a real treat! We think it's one of the best on the island and always take our guests there. Hubby likes to bring the 'lox' to the omelet station for his favorite dish - lox, onions and eggs!!!

Ever read "Kitchen Confidential" by Anthony Bourdain? He is NOT a big fan of Sunday Brunches!

Wife and I have always talked about hitting the Hyatt for brunch - but never did.

Is it because, like us, it interferes with time spent on the beach?
