yes, it was Don Carlos and we enjoyed dinner there a few times.
    it was a bit pricey.

Used to be Don Carlos - and before that it was Mamma Mia's. We tried each one once - food was okay but overpriced (I guess you were paying for the waterfront atmosphere.) We're not big on Italian food in Aruba though so it could have just been our tastes.

I think Scott and Leslie should open another Scott's Brats location there.

It is a very large space. Maybe they should open 3 or 4 different types of food bars in there with some competitive pricing. Maybe call it Scotts Brats, Burgers and Bar food or something liker that. Section it off so its not just one huge open space. I guess the parking could be a problem now though.

I like that idea, kind of their own food court. As for parking, they don't have any parking now and it doesn't seem to pose a problem.

I get the idea that they are selling their business by other posts, is that accurate? New business partners sounds like like the code words for the new partners not have enough cash yet to buy them out but hope to soon? Thats just me reading between the lines...sometimes I am dead on and others I am in left field....
