Try the Wacky Wahoo. The best Aruban Style pan fried Grouper I have ever had.

I've mentioned all of these many times. They may not qualify exactly as Aruban and I'm not sure what Aruban food is. They are mostly Colombian, such as...

Sadly a few of my other local joints have closed. A note of caution, Spanish skills are helpful when eating at these places. Be prepared for the fish dishes to be served with the entire fish, as in the head is still on. Goat, oxtail soup, and such other items will be on the menu and relished by the patrons around you.
