Chef's Table Info Needed

Heard Much About Chef's Table Last Year And Haven't Seen Anything About It This Year. It Is Still Open, I Believe This Is The Restaurant That Served Desserts In Shot Glasses. We Will Be In Aruba In February And Was Planning On Going There If Still Open. Thanks. Nina

Yes, they are still open. They were closed for awhile last month as they are putting in an outdoor dining area. Truthfully, I had 3 of the desserts and I didn't like any of them. http://www.chefstablesaruba.com/

Here's their menu (from Jan.) with prices CHEF’S TABLES MENU WITH PRICES

We ate there last December and to be honest we were a little disappointed. We found the restaurant itself nothing specail and it didn't have a very warm feeling inside. The staff were very accomodating and friendly, I even recognized one of the women from Marandi's. I found the food good but it was not a restaurant that I would rave about.
Just my opinion..............

The chef at Marandi's opened Chef's Tables. The woman was his wife.

I am surprised that we didn't enjoy the food as much as Marandi's if that was the chef?? We love Marandi's....my memory fails me as it has been a year but I just remember thinking it was good but not as good as Marandi's. Perhaps it was just that it had newly opened???

Cool Chef's Table

We also had a less than memorable dinner at Chef's Table. Everyone was raving about it, perhaps it was an off night. It is always difficult to try again when they disappoint you.
