Over the last few weeks, I made some double batches of dinners.
Packed the following in lock and lock, FROZE and have the following dinner for 2 while we are in Aruba.
- leftover Easter dinner Ham, green beans, mashed taters enough for 1 meal for the each of us.
- baked stuffed chicken breast, with brocolli, red peppers and rice. enough for 1 meal.
- chicken cacciatore' with zucchini and yellow squash and sauce. enough for 1 meal
also too, made pancakes and french toast and froze and wrapped for 4 or 5 breakfasts.
we'll stop at Lings and get some grouper to grill. grouper and a nice caesar salad will be a great dinner.
