Question dining at MJ's

After 20 or so trips to Aruba I'm finally going to MJ's. I've always travelled alone and didn't think it was a place for singles. This trip I have a friend joining me for 10 days. I vaguely remember members mentioning the pros and cons of eating inside, outside, garden seating. Please enlighten me.

eating on the open air patio is good in case of rain and you are seated near a fan.
eating outside in the garden area is wonderful but if there is no breeze it is a killer.

sometimes on the open patio and in the garden area, mosquitos are a problem.
mjs sometimes will have a can of OFF available, better yet bring your own.

last time we were there, there was no breeze and we were quite uncomfortable.

MJ

Having dinner under the open air canopy at MJ is certainly warmer then sitting in the outside gardens, with or without a breeze. We make it a point to have dinner at MJ at least once during our stay in Aruba. We always ask to be seated in the outside gardens closer to the live music that they have most evenings. There have been times when we were there that the breeze was slim to none, but the dinners were always outstanding and so we went with the flow

we recently ate there and there were 4 of us..we sat on the porch at a nice table with a huge fan behind us about 15 feet..the breeze from the fan was great and no bugs to bother us..didn't have to use off and I had long pants on just in case the mosquitos were biting but didn't get bit once because of the nice fan action..
