    Question Discounts for locals?

Hello all! Hope you're doing well! I just recently moved to Aruba and was wondering if any restaurants give locals a discount.

Thanks for you help and happy eating!

welcome to the aruba.com community forum.

yes some restaurants DO give a discount.
i think though, just moving to aruba would not qualify you yet as a local, but i could be very wrong.
    you do have to ask.

Hi, thanks for the welcome and the reply. I know that texas de brazil gives a discount after 8 pm on weekdays. They just asked for my local ID (I use my work ID and they accept it) Haven't heard of any other places yet.

    Bon bini na Aruba!

The Casa Tua that's in the Seaport (Renaissance) mall offers a local discount (every day, I think, but only during a certain time) , and the Queen's Restaurant (in the mall behind Paseo Herencia) has a local discount (but it's just on Tuesdays I think).

    Hope that helps!
