>>> "Divi's you can get a free ride to any restaurants in the area."
------ Its all of the Divi's In THAT(Low Rise) area. Of course they are not going up to Palm Beach. And if a big winner at the Alhambra you can even get a ride back to non Divi resorts in that area. Since I believe the Alhambra is owned by Divi its a way to get more customers to the Alhambra.
I sometimes I see carts not being used sitting on the lot by the donut shop.

The carts only run to golf, tam, divi and casino...
And generally only after noon or maybe a little later. The carts don't generally stop at the Dunkin', at least not to the best of my knowledge. Their job is to run to the Divi properties and the Alhambra, no other stops required. And considering the casino doesn't open until (I think) 11 or 12 there's really no reason for them to go over there.
If you get a driver that will accommodate you, consider it your lucky day!!!

There is also one along the walkway between the hotels and the beach, buy an Aruba DD mug and the refills are cheaper. My wife cannot survive without her DD and never had to go without in Aruba. They are not open 24/7

----- The carts will take any Divi guest to many of the other places around that area. Have see carts at Casa del Mar, Costa Linda, Pizza Bob's, ........
They may not advertize that or Driver looking for a tip or just ask your driver to drop you there. Its only takes the driver a few extra minutes to drop you at the door to any of those places.
