Eastern European Food
Are there any restaurants on the island that specialize in Eastern European cuisine? A New Jersey hungarian married couple I know are considering starting up a business that focuses attention on this type of food. I think it would be quite popular especially when you take into account the number of tourists that travel from Europe. Would you dine at this type of restaurant?

From what I have seen, the people from Europe who visit Aruba are for the most part Western Europeans. Taking into consideration how far they travel to get there, and how exotic it feels to be that far away from home, I think that most tourists from Europe are more up for trying the local cuisine; Caribbean style cooking.
On the other hand, this could be a great idea for any tourist (from other places in the world) who finds the idea of European food interesting
