no you can still sit at garufa in shorts and enjoy a cocktail and some jazz..

El Gaucho's
The last few times we ate in El Gaucho's we were very disappointed in the service and the food. I don't think I will go back for awhile if at all.

Shorts are accepted everywhere in Aruba execpt for the few res. that were mentioned. Shorts and a colllared tee is dressing up in Aruba for men.

Loved Chalet Suisse, gets better every time we go there. Shorts absolutely
