Kathy I haven't eaten there yet. I was invited to Ellioti's opening when I was in Aruba in January 2009. Turns out the opening was delayed 'till 2 days after I left. On my April 2009 trip, I was surprised to find it still wasn't open. When I spoke to the manager Adrianna, she said it would open on April 15th. Still didn't happen. Finally it opened a few days after I left. My last trip that I got back from last month I didn't get there either. Not enough time. But I will be back in 32 days for a month and I will definetly get there this time.

Of all the reviews of Ellioti's that I have read, I only read 1 bad review. I'll let you know what I think when I get back at the end of April. Here is Ellioti's menu
