omg, so glad you wrote this post!!!! i tell everyone that can stand to listen to me about the pasta "special" at madame jeanette...it's really not a special, as the specials never change...but it's a rotini macaroni with grilled chicken in a gorgonzola and parmesan cheese sauce...not for the calorie conscious...but all the dieting you do before your trip to fit into your bathing suits should suffice!!! it's not to miss!!!!!
