    February trip

I am at work and currently not busy so I thought I would start my "Where do I want to dine while in aruba"
So far I am playing with trying some new places this trip Tulip, Quinta Del Carmen, Giannis, Old Cunucco House, Passions (have been to before) Papillion and maybe Yemaja so far... any pros or cons???? Looking to maybe do Passions for Valentines day.. or Barefoot??

We didn't love Gianni's. We found the service to be impersonal but we loved Daniels which is part of the same restaurant group. Yemanja is on our to try list. Places we find ourselves going back to our Madame Janette; West Deck; Cas Tua and Salt & Pepper.

We wine to Tulip a few years ago. I know the menu has changed since then but we enjoyed our time there. Yemanja has been consistently very good and is one of our favorites.
Trip #13 Coming Up Next In October.

I think Barefoot would be an ideal location for Valentine's. It's our go to place for special occasions.

Love MJ's every year..... it's a 'must do' for us. The other choices all look good except that we didn't like the atmosphere outside for Papillion because of the plastic cups blowing around and the 'flea market' atmosphere with all the vendors set up nearby. Tried Gianni's one time and that was enough for us.... no 'wow' factor.

We've dined at both Passions and Barefoot on Valentine's Day. Both are great choices. I would say that Passions is more romantic but we prefer the food at Barefoot.
