    Salt and Pepper
    Smokey Joes
    Scotts Brats

    Bfast[/U]
    Salt and Pepper
    Lindas Dutch Pancakes

hi welcome to the aruba.com community forum.

here is a link to some tagged threads Kid friendly restaurant chatter

    http://www.aruba.com/forum/tags/restaurants%20kids.html click link

imo, i think "passions" may not be as kid friendly as you want.
it is a romantic setting and geared towards couples or people with older kids.
i am sure some will think passions is very appropriate, but i do not think so.

also........once you arrive, you may want to readdress your lunch schedule.
you may have a hard time pulling the kids away from the beach/pool.

i have no comments re: these
    Papillion
    Barneys
    Gostoso
    Fishes and More

    Welcome to the forum.

I am with Andrea on trying to drag the kids away, especially from that waterslide at the Hyatt

    for something silly like lunch

For dinner your kids would probably get a kick out of dining along side the fish tanks at the Buccaneer Restaurant.

Thanks for the info. My kids are looking forward to Hyatt's slide. They just loved the pics that you posted. The good thing is that they like to get up at 7am, so they may be ready for a lunch break around noon!

Welcome to the board. You will love Aruba. We all do! I don't think Smokey Joe's is open for lunch. I think it opens around 4:00 or so for dinner. We love the ribs there and it is. kid friendly. Champions at the Marriott is a sports bar, but is definately family oriented. You might want to consider it. I would imagine that the Hyatt has some kind of beach or pool restaurant that would fit the bill. I agree with Andrea on the Passions thing.

we like to stay barefoot, and bathing suits only when eating breakfast and lunch.
scotts brats 50 feet from the hyatt, and bugaloe, pre dinner with the kid's.
my children were those ages when we first began taking them, believe me going off the beach for breakfast or lunch was not fun. that ended quickly.

barefoot would be great for the kid's, sitting on the beach watching planes landing, besides the food is fantastic.
