Is there any special dress code for dinner at the flying fishbone?

What time would you recommend reservations in order to see the sun set.(we would be going on 3/23)

No special dress code.Before 6pm for sunset.

We never made it to the flying fish, please let me know how the food is. The sunset from the California lighthouse is great.
