Hi Michele.
At Cooks Restaurant we don't have it on the menu but when you make your reservation you can request it and we'll have it for you at your specifications.

My gluten-free friend and her husband live there, so I know for a fact that Gianni's has gluten-free pasta, and that the Amazonia Churrascaria also has a lot of gluten-free items on their salad bar, which are not special items, so to speak, just items that naturally are made without gluten.... and also that their "to die for" bread is gluten-free, made from tapioca! Just ask Patrick the manager, he is more than helpful!! Also....Linda's Pancake House has a gluten-free pancake, which are really giant crepes

Yemanja has a gluten free menu as well. I have to eat gluten free as well and had no problem last year when I was there. I think you will be fine!!!
