New Gluten Free Menu & Ideas

Thank you Andrea for the topic.

I am Celiac and am making my first trip to Aruba (also first GF trip). I've been surfing and will continue to. Here's what I have so far.

I can tell you a few have GF menu's - Texus de Brazil, Linda's( pancakes and pizza), Yemanja (will serve gf bread as well),Mango's, Gianni's ( gf pasta). Some have GF options, El Gaucho, Madam Jeanette.

I have been in contact with "The Kitchen" thinking Arepa was gf, it's not but they said they will make me gf bread, just have to notify them ahead. I have a list of restaurants which I need to ask specific questions.

    Will keep ya all posted.

Just found out from another board, "Bavaria-Aruba.com" is carrying gluten free beer, they are in the Palm Beach area. It will be a trial basic if they sell enough they will re-order and carry it again. They also have gluten free options available for food among their many other items on the menu.
Hope this helps, but don't run and suck up all the suds before I get there.

Just wanted to note that Ling and Son's GF selection has really grown. We were there 4/2015 and they had everything we needed (pasta, bread, snacks, treats). Now we just have to get GF beer to Aruba
